Happy New YOU!


New Year, New You!

This new year is the perfect time to start all of those wonderful healthy things you have been meaning to do and just haven't yet. Let this year be filled with peace, happiness and clarity in your life. The best way to naturally tap into these things and fill your life with goodness and meaning is to take good care of your body with natural whole foods and plenty of sleep, exercise, fresh air and enjoyment through doing the things you love! As you know- when you feel your best, you can give more to others.


One great resolution is to start with regular exercise. Exercise not only helps you handle and relieve stress, but it also helps your kidney, lungs and skin be healthy. Cold weather could put a damper on your workout, especially if your lungs are sensitive to cold winter air, but don't let that stop you - you can stay indoors for your workouts! I recently rediscovered my pilates mat and started doing some pilates at home. These short and easy-to-follow instructional videos are great! Just after one day of pilates I am happy to say I felt significantly sore. Don't you just love the painful yet satisfying next day aches that come from working out?

    Thanks for reading the blog! Yes, get me some pictures of real women exercising and I will post them :) I like to use pictures of all kinds of women, but I find it inspiring to see happy women who are in shape because it helps me feel motivated. All the best!
