The M Chopped, hearts of romaine & mixed greens, avocado, cucumber, chickpeas, herb-baked tofu, scallions, umeboshi pickled radishes, carrots, beets, tamari-roasted almonds, crumbled tempeh“bacon” & tofu-peppercorn ranch dressing. I also loved the Ginger Snap Cookie, which was a soft and chewy, and perfectly sweet and gingery.
I also enjoyed the Strawberry Kanten, which was a mild and light dessert that was creamy, sweet and left me feeling satisfied but not heavy.
